We're working with a growing, independently owned asbestos consultancy that places real emphasis on manageable workloads and high standards of work. They're expanding their teamarton now looking for a P402 or RSPH qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join them in the Norwich area.

This is a balanced role with a sensible approach to survey numbers, allowing you the time to focus on producing good-quality work without the pressure of unrealistic targets. You'll be working on a mix of residential and commercial projects across East Anglia, with most sites located around Norwich.

Survey volumes are kept realisticjsce, typically no more than four surveys per day and all within the same area. Residential work is limited to private clients only, alongside a varied range of commercial projects.

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across residential and commercial properties
• Liaise directly with clients on site in a professional and approachable manner
• Produce clear, accurate survey reports
• Undertake bulk sampling where required
• Work in line with HSG 264 guidance

• At least 2 years' experience in asbestos surveying
• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification
• A full UK driving licence
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using TEAMS or similar reporting software

• Basic salary up to £36,000 with a fantastic company-wide bonus scheme taking OTE to £45,000
