Investment Operations Oversight Analyst

Aviva Investors partners with key suppliers to deliver essential outsourced operations and this role is central to ensuring those relationships run smoothly. You will manage the oversight of several critical suppliers while supporting a diverse programme of change initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams including investment and operational areas and external suppliers youll ensure exceptional service standards for our clients and maintain robust risk and control frameworks.

The role also involves supporting new products from development through to successful implementation and ongoing management playing an integral part in the full investment lifecycle within Investment Operations. To succeed youll need adaptability strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities plan effectively and adapt resources to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates flexibility and a positive response to change with a proactive inquisitive mindset and a strong sense of personal initiative.
• Sound analytical skills attention to detail and a good understanding of commercial and financial practices.
• Committed to delivering a first-class service with a focus on listening questioning and facilitating to meet stakeholder needs.
