Galaxy Personnel is partnering with an exciting growing company, who are looking for an experienced Data Acquisition & Supplier Manager to join their team in the Norwich location.

They are looking for a sharp, organised, commercially minded Data Acquisition & Supplier Manager to take charge of sourcing, testing, buying, and managing all UK consumer marketing

If you know how to negotiate, spot high-quality data, keep suppliers in line, and ensure the business never runs dry of leads, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Sourcing and contacting UK & international data suppliers (UK data only).

* Running data trials and comparing quality, conversion, and complaint levels.

* Negotiating pricing, buying in bulk, and securing the best possible deals.

* Managing supplier accounts, balances, and ongoing relationships.

* Tracking performance (contact rate, appointments, sales, CPS, complaints).

* Producing simple weekly reports so we know which suppliers to scale or drop.

* Ensuring every batch of data is clean, compliant, safe, and ready to work.

* Making sure the call centre always has fresh, high-performing data.

Criteria

* Experience in data buying, lead generation, or supplier management.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Solid understanding of GDPR/PECR in a marketing context (or willingness to learn quickly).

* Organised, reliable, and confident managing multiple suppliers at once.

* Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
