Administrator- N-Able

£25396.80 per annum

Norwich

40 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract

Part of The Norse Group, N-Able specialise in providing mobility equipment and assistive technology to customers and clients across the UK with regional bases in East Anglia and Derbyshire. Our aim is to keep customers safe, happy, and healthy in your own home for as long as possible.

We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join the N-Able team based at our office on Burton Road, Norwich on a fixed term basis.

As an Administrator, your primary responsibility on a day-to-day basis is to arrange for Norse’s Engineers & Technicians to attend to works, as requested by our clients via phone and email. Providing information and support to the engineers, making appointments with Clients and arranging diaries to enable completion of delivering, installation and servicing and maintenance of equipment for n-able clients and contracts.

Our

Successful Candidate:
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Facilities Management.
  • Competent in the MS Office Suite and information databases.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and part of a wider team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with previous experience in a Customer facing environment.
  • Understands and applies commercial financial principles. Views issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value.
  • Demonstrable experience undertaking Administration duties.
