Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Role Overview

JML are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a live construction project for our client Vinci. The role involves managing, controlling, and tracking all project documentation in line with site and information management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the project document control system (predominantly 4P).

* Log, issue, track, and archive project documentation.

* Maintain document registers, revision control, and audit trails.

* Distribute drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.

* Support project teams with document control queries and project close-out documentation.

Key Requirements (Essential)

* Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction or engineering projects.

* Strong working knowledge of document control systems (4P essential).

* Experience using EDMS and managing high volumes of documents.

* Solid understanding of document control procedures and workflows.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
