We are looking for a Senior Clinical Team administrator to join the Secure Services Central Administration Team Northside House . The team forms part of Secure Services, offering inpatient and community based care for our service user group.
The successful candidate will work with the Central Administration Team providing ongoing day-to-day administrative processes including running of the Secure Services cash office, administration of incoming referrals, admissions, transfers and discharges and auditing and data handling associated with KPI reporting. They will work alongside other administrators within the Secure Service and assist the team to continually refine and improve the service offered and provide supervision for the team.
Mainduties of the job
The ideal post holder will be very organised, with experience in administrative settings, and ideally have knowledge of healthcare/ the NHS.
The post holder will manage the workload of the Secure Services Central Administration team, spanning the administration of incoming referrals, duties within our cash office and other day to day administrative processes that support the service.
The post holder will have line management responsibilities for the other administrators within the Central Administration team, working under the supervision of the Administration Manager.

- Management of the Secure Services Cash Office
- Management and delegation of administrative tasks relating to incoming referrals.
- Data collation and analysis
- Line management supervision.

Person Specification Other- Able to travel independently
- Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems
- Knowledge of NHS policy / procedures.
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or willing to work towards.
- NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards
- Knowledge of Trust electronic record system
- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through senior level.
- Supervision of staff.
