We are seeking a Administrator/ Referrals Administrator to join our Neuro Development Services team within the Children and Young People’s Services department. This role involves managing communication and administrative tasks crucial for the efficient operation of the services.

Day‑to‑day of the role:

• Booking appointments for patients via telephone and email.
• Processing various questionnaires related to patient care.
• Regularly communicating via email with patients. schools and medical professionals to handle queries and provide information.
• Liaising with schools and other educational institutions as part of the coordination process.
• Utilising Systm One for data management and appointment scheduling.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or educational setting.
• Proficient in using healthcare management systems, ideally Systm One.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
