We are looking for a motivated and well‑organised administrator to support the work of the Patient Experience team. As the Participation and Co‑Production Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team by providing high‑quality administrative support. You will support the delivery of participation and co‑production activities across the Trust, helping the team meet organisational priorities.
This includes managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, supporting internal communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also supervise and appraise identified administrative staff within the team, contributing to a positive and productive working environment. This is a varied and rewarding role that supports meaningful involvement of service users, carers and families in shaping services. duties of the job
The Participation and Co‑Production Administrator will provide high‑quality administrative support to the Patient Experience team. Key responsibilities include managing staff files, maintaining the Participation Register, coordinating agendas and minutes, and supporting budgetary processes such as raising requisitions and processing invoices. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries, and support the organisation of Values‑Based Recruitment interview panels.
The role also involves contributing to audits, service development, and the creation of policies and procedures. You will supervise and support junior administrative staff, assist with diary management, and ensure confidential information is handled in line with Trust policy. The postholder will use electronic systems to input and access data, attend relevant meetings, and provide cover across the team when required.

PersonSpecification Qualifications
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
- ECDL
- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level.
- Working on own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Undertaking appraisals
- Ability to co‑ordinate and prioritise management diaries.
- ICT skills including Microsoft (especially spreadsheets and presentations, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
- Managing shared inboxes
- Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems
- Knowledge of NHS policy / procedures.
