A well‑established and highly regarded independent accountancy firm in East Anglia is seeking to strengthen its Audit and Tax teams as part of ongoing growth and succession planning. The firm has a long‑standing reputation for quality, client care and technical expertise, supporting a broad range of owner‑managed and mid‑market corporate clients, typically between £20 million and £50 million turnover, with some significantly larger.

• Lead and strengthen the Audit and Tax teams during ongoing expansion and succession planning.
• Manage audit engagements across the region, particularly in the Norwich and Great Yarmouth offices, collaborating closely with staff across locations.
• Provide leadership and expertise in corporate and capital tax work, estate and succession planning, and broader advisory services.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and deliver high‑quality, technically sound service.

• Ambitious professionals at all levels, from part‑qualified staff to experienced RIs and Partners.
• Experience in audit and tax, with strong technical knowledge and a commercial, relationship‑led approach.
