Job Type: Full-time Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and forward‑thinking Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role requires a hands‑on leader who is comfortable working in cold temperatures, motivating others, and actively participating in all aspects of warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions.
  • Utilize computer systems to track and manage inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while enforcing company policies and safety standards.
  • Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
  • Perform manual labor as needed to complete warehouse tasks and meet operational demands.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Be willing to work extended hours or weekends when necessary to meet business needs.
  • Remain open to feedback and suggestions, with a continuous learning mindset.
Qualifications
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Proficiency in general computer use; preferably experienced with SAP.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Ability to work in cold environments and perform manual labor, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory.
