Basic PurposeTo load all the outbound orders into the designated tractor trailers in compliance with company procedures and standards. This ensures the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day’s deliveries.

Employment Details- Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday with occasional Friday work as needed. - Start Time: 6:30 P.M.
- Typical shift length: 8‑12 hours.
- Pay: $23.69 per hour (weekly pay).

- Conduct trailer inspection before loading to ensure the trailer is clean, has the proper temperature, and is ready for loading.
- Ensure all pallets are built according to stops and are securely wrapped to avoid damage during transport.
- Verify header labels on all pallets and check for damaged or outdated product before loading.
- Load trailer, ensuring bulkheads are placed correctly and are secured; confirm load diagram is completed and submitted.
- Follow all safety work practices and maintain a clean and orderly dock area.

High School Diploma or GED preferred. - Related
Experience:
Minimum one year of warehouse experience preferred. - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be pallet jack certified; good attention to detail; ability to read load diagrams; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); team‑oriented and able to get along with others.
Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature indoor/outdoor environment ranging from ‑5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
Compensation depends on relevant experience, education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $23.69 and the role will also receive overtime compensation.
