Mini Melts USA is a fast-growing leader in the premium beaded ice cream industry, known for delivering fun, high-quality frozen treats across the country. We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our team and support our warehouse and distribution operations.

Position Summary

The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely loading and unloading trailers, transporting goods within dock and storage areas, and ensuring products are handled properly-especially in freezer environments. This role requires strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trailers
• Transport unloaded goods to designated storage areas, including freezer trailers as instructed
• Perform routine pre-shift inspections to ensure forklift equipment is in proper working condition
• Sort, pack, lift, wrap, tie, and label products as directed by the supervisor
• Operate forklift in dock areas with a high level of focus and safety awareness
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
• High level of concentration while operating equipment
