We re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse
Shipping & Receiving Associate to pick, prepare, verify, and process outgoing and incoming deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping software, forklift operation, and inventory control. You ll also communicate with customer service and other departments to ensure all shipments and receipts are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Pick, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Ensure shipments are properly labeled and ready for domestic/international delivery
• Prepare bill of ladings and waybills
• Process shipments and receipts using SAP, UPS World Ship, and Fed Ex Ship Manager
• Accurately receive incoming deliveries and distribute to appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping/receiving area
• Operate forklifts safely after proper certification (Raymond, Counter Balance, Turret Lift)
• Replenish inventory and reduce partial boxes when possible
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory management
• Use wireless scanners to process and track orders
• Communicate with customer service, purchasing, and freight partners
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• 1-3 years of warehouse/shipping and receiving experience
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• SAP experience
• Certified to operate Raymond, counterbalance, and Turret Lift forklifts
• Familiarity with UPS and Fed Ex shipping systems
