The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) invites qualified agency employees to apply for the position of Transportation District Services Agent 2, in our District 2 Special Services Section, Norwich, CT.
The Transportation District Services Agent 2 will be responsible for independently performing a full range of tasks in the inspection of work performed under permit or of road conditions involving traffic regulatory measures, which also involves lead responsibilities directing lower-level staff in the performance of their duties.
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- First shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- P‑4 (Engineering and Scientific) bargaining unit
- Eligible to apply for telework after successful completion of the working test period, and thereafter in accordance with the Telework Policy.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to all locations throughout District 2 area.
