Monitors clinic site and/or community outreach to identify suspicious activity, behavior, safety concerns and mitigates risks.;
Assists Medical Staff as requested (combative patients, unruly patients, stand-by and controlling a situation).;
Patrols and rounds facility to identify concerning activity, safety concerns or other problems.;
Prepares detailed reports of incidents and security issues.;
Provides professional, customer service focused assistance to the HHC Community, including patients, visitors, families, colleagues, clinicians, physicians, and first responder community.
