Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency and trauma patients
• Rapidly assess, prioritize, and manage patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol
• Accurately document patient care using the Epic EMR system
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to all hospital policies and standards

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state-compliant)
• Minimum of 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
• Trauma experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
