General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in the facility, assisting with various physical tasks to ensure efficient operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and are comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

• Set 2nd shift schedule: 5:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

• Performing a variety of general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and stacking materials.
• Assisting with the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of equipment and workstations.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing work areas.
• Following written and verbal work instructions accurately.
• Communicating any issues or concerns to supervisors.
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve daily goals.
• Supporting various operational needs as they arise.

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Must be reliable and consistent with attendance.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and production guidelines.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
