What You’ll Do- Setting up, installing, and configuring computers and workstations
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Imaging and deploying Windows 10/11 systems
- Providing responsive, empathetic customer service to healthcare professionals
- Accurately documenting issues and escalating tickets when needed
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with hardware support and troubleshooting
- Proven experience imaging and deploying computers in enterprise environments
- Skilled in setting up and configuring workstations and peripheral devices
- Solid understanding of Windows Client & Server OS, wireless devices, and networking equipment
- A customer‑first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be part of a high‑impact project refreshing over 5,000 devices, with potential to expand to 7,000+
- Support critical healthcare operations by ensuring seamless technology transitions
- Gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven hospital environment
- Contribute to a major Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade initiative

Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Norwich, CT.
