* Job Description:

*** Maintain an organized workflow of providers clinics.
* Schedule radiology as requested by providers within the correct time frame when urgent and forwarding to the radiology scheduler when routine.
* Answer incoming calls promptly and assist the caller or direct them to correct contact/department.
* Document all work within patient charts.
* Contact patients with appointment dates and time.
* Answer patient questions and/or return patient calls in a timely manner.
* Maintain and monitor EMR inbox, Email, and Teams, responding to all appropriately and accordingly.
* Notify Assistant Practice Administrator of any schedule changes/requests from the providers.
* Attend department meetings and in-service training as required.
* Cover other providers as needed.
* Maintain HIPAA policies and procedures.
