HoursFull or Part Time 20-40 hours/week

Responsibilities- Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with planning, developing, implementing, and reviewing curriculums and IFSPs that meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families.
- Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
- Performing functions of service coordinator, including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards established by the state’s quality assurance team.
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of CT.
- Must have a valid United States driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
- Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
