Responsibilities – Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the accounting function and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include:

• Own the General Ledger and the month-end close process
• Prepare, post, and review journal entries
• Review and ensure billing revenue and invoices are complete and accurate
• Review and approve ACH payment batches
• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations and financial reporting
• Act as a liaison for external auditors, supporting the annual audit process

Qualifications – Senior Accountant

• Experience working as a Senior Accountant or a Staff Accountant ready to step into a Senior Accountant role
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close
