Accountant-Non Profit

Overview

We’re seeking a detail‑driven Accountant to join our mission‑focused non‑profit organization. If you’re passionate about using your financial skills to support programs that truly make a difference, this role offers meaningful work, stability, and room to grow.

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close
• Maintain accurate financial records in alignment with non‑profit accounting standards
• Assist with grant tracking, budgeting, and reporting
• Support annual audit preparation and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with program leaders to ensure financial transparency and stewardship

• 2–5 years of accounting experience; non‑profit experience a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP; familiarity with fund or grant accounting preferred
• Proficient with accounting software (Quick Books, Sage Intacct, or similar)
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy
