Clean Harbors is looking for an IT Asset Management Intern to sit in our Norwell, MA office.
The IT Asset Management Intern is responsible for working in the IT Asset Management department. This intern will also be responsible for various MIS related tasks & projects.

- Will assist in maintaining accurate inventory of new & used computer equipment in our Norwell stockroom.
- Work with IT Asset Manager on ensuring our stock levels are maintained.
- Imaging & configuring computers for use across the company using Dell imaging tools.
- Managing assigned tickets in Service Now.
- Assisting with intake of returned computer assets by checking them into Service Now & assessing viability for repurposing or retirement.
- Decommissioning computers marked for retirement.
- Collaborates with IT Asset Management & PC Hardware teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Student studying MIS/ IT or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures.
- Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational aptitude
- Good problem-solving abilities
