Business Analyst Level 1 Associate - Contract 1 Year
We do not offer per diem or relocation assistance, so you will be expected to live within a drivable distance of Juno Beach, FL.

Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Project Coordinator with legal experience will support the Law Department’s use of the Luminance Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. Focus on hands‑on use of Luminance, supporting legal workflows, and serving as a daily contact for CLM‑related questions and activities. Prior experience using Luminance CLM is preferred; administrative and system configuration responsibilities can be trained.

• Serve as a primary user and functional subject matter resource for the Luminance CLM platform.
• Support legal teams with contract intake, review workflows, and CLM‑related processes.
• Help onboarding users on Luminance through group sessions and one‑on‑one support (virtual and in‑person).
• Coordinate with team members and vendors to support CLM usage and enhancements.
• Document CLM processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Support ongoing optimization and potential future deployment phases of the CLM platform.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Project/Operations Coordinator in a legal or contract‑focused environment.
• Experience working with legal teams, contracts, or legal workflows.
• Comfortable using new legal technology platforms.
• Prior experience using a CLM platform;
  Luminance CLM experience.
• Contract management or contract review experience.
• Experience supporting legal technology implementations or pilots.
• Experience working with IT, Legal Ops, or vendors.

• We do not require Luminance administrative or configuration experience and can provide it through training.

Operational support and user‑facing training.

Estimated base salary range for this position, which depends on qualifications, to be $25/hour to $30/hour.
