Project Coordinator Bus. Prof. I
Contract 11 Months
Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid Role
We offer no per diem or relocation assistance and therefore must live within a drivable distance of either location.
Your Day‑to‑DayThe Project Coordinator will reconcile backlog work orders and will complete all necessary actions. You will work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and receive additional lists.
Responsibilities- Reviewing and processing backlog work orders
- Communicating with other coordinators and partners
- Using Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress
- Working independently while reaching out to team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Experience working in the power or utility industry is a plus but not required
- Experience with work order management is beneficial
- We prefer relevant work experience, although no specific education requirements exist
- We prefer SAP experience, but it is not required
