This position blends hands‑on nursing care with leadership responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff, maintaining high standards of care, communication, and teamwork.

• Has prior leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)
• Communicates clearly and compassionately
• Can prioritize resident care and support staff during the night shift
• Brings strong clinical judgement and organizational skills
