Are you creative, compassionate, and love bringing joy to others? Care Core at Gaymont is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Activity Assistant to help enrich the lives of our residents through engaging and meaningful activities.
In this role, you will:- Assist in planning and leading group and one-on-one activities
- Encourage resident participation and promote social interaction
- Help with seasonal events, games, crafts, music, and more
- Collaborate with the activities team to ensure a fun and supportive environment
- A positive, enthusiastic personality and a heart for the elderly
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting is a plus
- Supportive team environment
- A chance to make a meaningful impact
- Opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare setting
