As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will be the expert customers rely on to keep their heating and cooling systems running at peak performance:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems
Perform routine maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system performance evaluations
Identify system inefficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions
Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety controls
Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology
Ensure all repairs and service work meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and an organized service vehicle
Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners

3+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
