Security Officer - Flex Patrol Officer

Allied Universal - Up to $18.38/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor for and report suspicious activity, maintenance hazards, unsecured doors, and other unusual conditions; document observations and notify site contacts as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access issues, disturbances, and/or medical or fire-related calls per post orders;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, property management, and/or local responders when required
