We are looking for Senior Account Representative for our operation team in Health Solutions Department.

• Providing customer compensation operation services
• Responding directly to client questions and requests quickly and efficiently
• Managing the operation flow between the insurance company and the customer
• Following up on the process by the customer and the insurance company by executing the policy compensation transactions
