Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
