• Oversee all restaurant activities during the shift to ensure smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to brand standards.
• Interact with guests, supervise staff, handle cash management, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Work hands-on as needed, partner with the Management Team to execute the business plan, provide training to others, and resolve issues promptly while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Assist with planning and executing shift operations efficiently, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Lead with empathy, fairness, and a focus on teamwork; identify and develop talent for future roles; apply financial understanding to improve business decisions.
• Manage shift activities for operational excellence and ensure adherence to food safety and cash handling guidelines.
• Keep the store clean, well-maintained, and in line with brand image; support the business hands-on as needed (e.g., preparing food, serving guests, cleaning).

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required
• Communication in English is required;
  Spanish comprehension helpful. Fundamental requirements include reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills
• Strong leadership skills, including leading by example and remaining calm and professional in challenging situations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and loop in the right stakeholders for support when needed
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to make others happy and serve one another
• Ability to treat others with respect and care
• Strong communication skills, including verbal communication in Spanish and/or English
• Self-motivated and action-oriented
• Attitude that embraces learning; willing to admit mistakes, take accountability, and fix issues
• Prompt and reliable attendance on assigned shifts
• Must have reliable transportation to work and to company outside events / meetings
• Must be available to work a variety of days/times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods, frequent bending, reaching, and exposure to varying temperatures
