We are looking for:
Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS)

Proposed

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts

• Perform daily responsibilities of a Credentialed Technician
• Respond quickly and calmly to critical situations, and maintain high standards of patient care
• Communicate professionally with clients, referral partners and co-workers both in person and on the phone
• Ability to develop and deliver in house trainings and continuing education both within Med Vet and for the Referral Partner Community
• Mentor and onboard new team members
• Provide Client and Referral Partner Education
• Assist Veterinary Specialists in specialty procedures

• VTS Certification from a NAVTA-recognized academy required
• Utilize critical thinking skills
• Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)
• Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
