CRNA Auditor – Norwalk, CT
Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Auditor to provide exceptional patient care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians. The role involves delivering anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures, ensuring patient‑centric care, and maintaining quality standards.

- Monitor physiological parameters and adhere to ASA guidelines throughout procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in a 24/7 in‑house call rotation, including off‑shifts, weekends, holidays and emergency calls.
- Education: Completion of a Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program; graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program;
Connecticut APRN license. - Experience: Preferred clinical experience as a CRNA; appointment to the Affiliated Medical Staff and credentialing through the medical staff process.
- Licensure & certifications: AANA certification, CT RN and APRN license, ACLS, DEA registration, CT controlled‑substance registration.
- Special skills: Sharp concentration, calm under stress, clear communication with surgical teams, immediate responsiveness.
- Physical demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, use lead protective gear, negotiate patient care environments; visual and auditory acuity required.
