Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide hands‑on HR support for U.S.
-based employees. This contract role will focus on benefits, leave administration, employee relations, and compliance while partnering closely with managers and HR leadership.
Serve as first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, leave, and HR policies
Administer benefits programs and coordinate with external vendors
Manage leave processes including FMLA, parental leave, and disability in partnership with payroll
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance matters
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal policies
Support audits, reporting, and HR projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with benefits and leave administration
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with U.S. immigration processes a plus
As required by local law, the salary range for this role is disclosed in the posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
