Overview

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support for U.S.

-based employees. This contract role will focus on benefits, leave administration, employee relations, and compliance while partnering closely with managers and HR leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, leave, and HR policies
  • Administer benefits programs and coordinate with external vendors
  • Manage leave processes including FMLA, parental leave, and disability in partnership with payroll
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance matters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal policies
  • Support audits, reporting, and HR projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with benefits and leave administration
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with U.S. immigration processes a plus
