Talent Manager, Employee Relations
The People Team Generalist is a delivery-focused role responsible for executing core People programs and processes that support the corporate employee experience. Reporting to the Director, People Business Partner, Corporate, this role works closely with People Business Partners and Corporate Centers of Excellence to ensure People programs are delivered consistently, effectively, and with a high level of quality. The Generalist serves as a junior business partner, supporting managers and employees through key moments across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, rewards, engagement programs, and employee relations.
This role does not own program design, but plays a critical role in monitoring execution, identifying gaps, and sharing feedback to continuously improve delivery.
- Execute and support the delivery of core People programs, including onboarding, offboarding, performance development, rewards cycles, and employee experience initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day support to People Business Partners in meeting the needs of corporate functions, serving as a first point of contact for managers navigating People processes.
- Support broad employee experience programs such as VIBE recognition, President’s Awards, and Great Place to Work surveys, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Monitor progress and milestones across People processes, proactively identifying execution risks or gaps and partnering with PBPs to resolve them.
- Partner with corporate People teams that design programs to share feedback from managers and employees to inform future enhancements.
- Support managers through annual goal setting, performance reviews, and rewards processes by providing guidance, tools, and process clarity.
- Execute employee relations processes, including intake, documentation, coordination, and follow-through, escalating complex issues to People Business Partners as appropriate.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices by implementing and communicating approved policies and guidelines.
- Maintain and update corporate job descriptions and support job documentation accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver reporting, metrics, and analytics in partnership with HRIS and People Business Partners to track execution effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all employee interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support effective People program delivery.

Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution rigor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; UKG experience a plus.
$68,966.38 to $91,955.17

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
