The Patient Experience Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwalk, CT. This role involves ensuring a positive experience for patients by managing appointment scheduling, handling phone inquiries, and providing reception duties. The Patient Experience Coordinator will also support effective communication between patients and providers, while ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience with Receptionist Duties in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in the healthcare or customer service industry is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
