Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: 761 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic)

Salary: $84,000 – $111,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Type: Full-Time – Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Shifts rotate between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM; flexibility discussed.

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Connecticut.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post‑operative, pre‑operative, and non‑operative cases (experience can be gained as a licensed PT or during clinical affiliations for new graduates).
