Position:
Assistant Group Home Manager, Salary: $20.60 per hour.

ResponsibilitiesThe assistant house managers play a key role in ensuring the needs of our residents are met. Their responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and following up for medical appointments.
- Monitoring finances of residents.
- Assisting with medication administration with proper certification.
- Ensuring residents' plans are adhered to.
- Providing grooming, hygiene, and personal care when needed.
- Collaborating with the house manager to maintain adequate staffing and covering shifts.
Our assistant house managers facilitate daily operations, supporting residents and coordinating with the house manager to ensure seamless care and compliance.
Qualifications- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- Two years of experience working in a group home, residential, or similar setting.
- Compassion and ability to see potential in everyone.
- Positive attitude and team-player approach.
Full‑time. Availability required for every other weekend.
