As the Finance Manager for Minute Clinic, you will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and play a key role in managing financial operations and strategic planning for the business. This position is responsible for overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Minute Clinic SG&A, as well as managing month‑end close activities and expense‑side P&L forecasting.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for SG&A expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Manage month‑end close activities, including preparation of detailed variance analyses comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Oversee payroll and benefits accounting for Minute Clinic, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools to monitor and evaluate payroll‑related metrics and trends.
• Support the expanding Primary Care business by forecasting expenses and labor hours, and providing insights to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business partners to understand drivers of financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously seek process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities.

• 5 years of Finance experience.
• Proven analytical experience using Microsoft Excel.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with a natural curiosity for uncovering insights.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, particularly in healthcare or service‑oriented industries.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 – $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
