, you’ll play a highly visible and strategic role on a collaborative Finance team and gain exposure across the entire business. This role bridges responsibilities between our client’s Analyst and Finance Manager, offering the opportunity for broader ownership, impactful project work, and meaningful career growth. - Lead major components of the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, including revenue, OPEX, headcount, and cost‑driver modeling.
- Build and enhance financial models that support long‑range planning, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis, while analyzing performance trends and delivering insights that help guide strategic decisions.
- Support insurance and risk‑related responsibilities, including annual insurance renewals, claims and exposure analysis, insured asset tracking, and coordination with brokers.
- Conduct customer and vendor financial assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and onboarding risk.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
- Partner closely with department heads to validate assumptions and track KPIs, and support ad hoc analyses tied to capital projects, cost initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Focus on process improvement by helping to automate workflows, standardize reporting, and collaborate on enhancements to planning tools, ERP reporting, and BI systems—all while helping to institutionalize best practices across FP&A and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
- Experience with insurance/risk analytics, treasury support, or credit assessments strongly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with ERP or planning tools;
Net Suite experience is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple work streams independently.
