Lead a self-contained "SUCCESS" classroom (Grades 3‑5) with a focused caseload of 10-12 students, or support students in a Resource model across various elementary campuses.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using IEP Direct software to monitor progress and make evidence‑based adjustments.
Deliver specialized instruction and academic interventions while collaborating closely with classroom aides and support staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education
- Valid Connecticut Special Education Certification (165 Endorsement)
- Proficiency in IEP Direct and data collection for progress monitoring
- Experience in self‑contained "SUCCESS" environments or Resource‑based elementary instruction
- Top compensation: $46.30 – $52.90 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives
