Intermediate Architect w​/Multi-Family

THE ROLE

Beinfield Architecture PC seeks an Intermediate Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience. Our culture is collaborative and creative. We are seeking a motivated candidate with initiative and a strong sense of architectural design aesthetics and practical construction knowledge; strong communications skills, both written and spoken; and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Candidate with advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills and experience in producing construction documentation is desirable. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The right candidate will be involved in all design phases from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, with potential for project management, business development, and client presentations. The desired requirements for this position are:

• B.Arch. or M.Arch.
• 3-5 years’ professional experience.
• Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Strong design sensibilities.
• Proficient in a variety of design programs and software including Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite, Lumion, Sketchup Pro, and Rhino 3D.
• Proficiency with construction documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
