Calla Cane Design is a design‑led studio expanding into full‑scope architectural services. We are seeking a Senior Architect with deep experience in high‑end residential work to join our team and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the practice.

, offering the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of site conditions, architectural contexts, and design challenges.
As Senior Architect, you will lead high‑end residential projects from concept through construction, working closely with our interior design team to deliver thoughtful, highly detailed homes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading full‑scope architectural projects (concept, CDs, permitting, CA)
- Managing consultants, builders, and client relationships
- Collaborating deeply with interiors to create cohesive, elevated design
- Mentoring juniorолы team members and setting technical standards
- Upholding design excellence Verified documentation quality, and project timelines
You’re a strong design thinker and confident project leader who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
You likely have:
- 7+ years of professional experience in architecture
- Extensive experience with high‑end residential projects Napoli
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both design and technical expertise
- Experience running projects independently and interfacing directly with clients
- Licensure (or on the path to licensure) preferred
- Proficiency in Revit (preferred)
