A dedicated and personable individual that will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people.

Job Duties /Essential Functions
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitors assigned company emails, webchat and Google reviews.
  • Assists in training prospective AI programs.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to leadership.
  • Stay informed about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Sells the services and products of the Center to prospective customers.
  • Provides appropriate information to guests according to the established procedures.
  • Explains company and center policies to customers in a positive manner.
  • Treats customers, guests and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Learns how to use platforms: KMS, Gingr, Moego, Broadly and any other program needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required);
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of breeds.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Displays a professional manner at all times.
  • Background check is a requirement.
  • Can travel for training purposes.
  • Has reliable internet.
  • Can work across multiple time zones.
