Full Charge Bookeeper

Eurostar Industries Inc. is a growing company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of European automotive parts. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee our accounting operations and support daily administrative functions.

• Manage full-cycle accounting (A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations)
• Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
• Process payroll and payroll tax filings with ADP
• Handle sales tax filings and compliance with CPA
• Prepare year-end reports and coordinate with external CPA
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
• Manage inventory accounting
• Oversee daily administrative functions
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
• Support HR functions (onboarding, benefits coordination, employee records)
• Maintain organized filing systems and company documentation
• Assist executive management with reports and special projects

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Sage, Quick Books (or similar accounting software)
• Experience with payroll processing
  
  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution environment preferred
