Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1340) at Target.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs, share information about current promos, store activities and events, and help solve issues using knowledge of tools, products, and services.
• Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings, and services; assist with enrollment for Target Loyalty programs as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately in compliance with safety standards; minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Assist guests with digital features and offerings (Target App, Wallet) and direct them to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; educate on enrollment and usage.
• Handle returns according to policy, escalating to leaders as needed while following Target procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards; support guest services (OPU, Drive-Up, DU Returns) with compliance to laws and policies.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
