As a Server, you’ll help to provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience that makes each guest’s day better.

• Closed Thanksgiving & Christmas Day to spend the day with family & friends!

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences to exceed expectations.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
• Assist with food assembly and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review with the guest prior to serving.
• Support team efforts by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service. Teamwork is essential.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts.

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods.
• For California positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
