Norwalk Hospital part of Nuvance Health has an excellent opportunity for a full time Pulmonary Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Norwalk CT. The position provides medical care for Respiratory/Pulmonary patients under the supervision of a physician and includes seeing patients in the outpatient office with a Monday‑Friday workday schedule and no call responsibility.

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a Connecticut license.
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• At least one year of experience in Respiratory/Pulmonary medicine (new graduates welcome).
• Experience with Internal Medicine or Respiratory/Pulmonary & Sleep medicine preferred but not required.
• Federal DEA registration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Range: $105,000/yr – $150,000/yr (commensurate with experience and internal equity). Exempt:
